At Sweetz Connection, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of perfume oils and hygiene standards, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Final Sale Items

All perfume oils are final sale.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement of the same item, or
A store credit, or
A refund (at our discretion)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sweetz Connection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or courier for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
